Who We Are, What We Do
Since 2018, Cross Cultural Community Services (CCCS) has provided services to organizations of all sizes across Maine. Our Mission has always been to empower people and organizations through Education, Advocacy and Inclusion.

Who We Are
CCCS is led by three women of color with extensive expertise in addressing the distinct challenges faced by refugees, immigrants, and underrepresented communities in Maine. Our lived experience enables us not only to gain a profound understanding of our community but also to remain open to new possibilities and perspectives. Our workplace places a strong emphasis on cultural awareness, policy improvement, and creating inclusive environments that support the well-being of all individuals.
What We Do
Our services include coaching, consulting, facilitated discussions, and a comprehensive training series designed to support organizations in their efforts to create more inclusive and equitable spaces. We invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation to explore how our programs can be tailored to meet your needs. Achieving meaningful progress requires ongoing commitment, and we seek partners who share our dedication to positive, sustainable change.
