BIPOC Community Wellness Group

Are you interested in joining a free monthly wellness group for Black Mainers? Cross Cultural Community Services (CCCS) is excited to offer this opportunity to connect, share experiences, and support each other's wellness journeys. We want to tailor the group to your needs, so please fill out this short survey to let us know your preferences and interests:

We are also proud to announce that CCCS is a recipient of the Connection, Health & Equity through Food (CHEF) grant. This grant will provide essential funding to improve equitable access to food and enhance social connections for older adults in our communities. Watch for announcements about upcoming events specifically designed for older adults!

Moreover, CCCS has been awarded one of the Community Health Options Wellness Grants. We are thrilled to use this support to advance our initiative to address disparities in oral health care for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) in Maine. This grant will help us implement programs and strategies to ensure everyone can access high-quality oral health services.

With these new resources, CCCS continues to promote health equity and community well-being. Our initiatives are designed to create a more inclusive environment where everyone can thrive regardless of background. We are dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of the people we serve.
