Portland, Maine — October 16, 2025 — Cross Cultural Community Services (CCCS) announced the successful completion of its “Stand Together for Change” fundraiser, held at Oxbow Blending & Bottling in Portland. The evening drew a strong turnout and advanced CCCS’s mission to promote social inclusion and improve equitable outcomes across Maine.
CCCS recognized New Tides Residential as the event’s corporate sponsor and largest donor, whose leadership gift directly supports CCCS programs serving historically disenfranchised communities. Funds raised will bolster initiatives such as community-led health equity efforts for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ older adults, oral health equity partnerships, and anti-racism education and training for organizations statewide.
It’s not too late to give. Community members and partners who couldn’t attend can join New Tides Residential in donating today to sustain CCCS’s year-round equity work.
“New Tides Residential stepped up when it mattered,” said Dr. Regina Phillips, CCCS co-founder. “Their sponsorship made this event possible and strengthens our capacity to deliver practical, community-centered equity work across Maine.”
